Bube's Brewery is an intact historic 19th century brewery and museum complex. Fine dining available at any of our restaurants: The Catacombs, Alois, Bottling Works, and Biergarten. Experience live events, enjoy our Feasts and Murder Mystery dinners, view our art gallery, shop our Cooper's Shed Store to step back to the 19th century.
The Catacombs Restaurant is several stories below the surface of the street in the aging cellars of Bube's Brewery.
A costumed guide will greet you and lead you on a tour of the brewery on your way to dinner. You will descend 43 feet into the stone-lines vaults of the Catacombs. There you will find a unique fine dining experience, with a menu that includes a variety of traditional and gourmet dishes
Feasts are theatrical theme dinners offered in the Catacombs on most Sunday evenings and by group arrangement on Monday through Friday evenings. The most frequent feast is the Medieval Feast which has a menu inspired by seasonal medieval cooking and presents the liveliness and festivity of a feast with the help of minstrels, wenches, beggars and other entertainers.
Murder Mystery Dinners are theatrical theme dinners offered in Alois most Saturday evenings and by group arrangement on Monday through Friday evenings.
Alois consists of the original bar and dining rooms in the Victorian Hotel portion of Bube's Brewery. Each individually decorated room, employing hand stenciling and other painting techniques, is a work of art worth seeing in its own right.
The Bottling Works is a restaurant and tavern in the original bottling plant of Bube's Brewery. Here, the beer and soft drinks were bottled, and the water for making beer was drawn from our limestone caverns below. Adjacent to the Bottling Works is an outdoor Biergarten reminiscent of a drinking garden one may have found in Mr. Bube's Bavarian homeland. In the middle of the Biergarten is the huge original boiler and smokestack used to create the steam power necessary to run the brewery.
The Biergarten Restaurant is an outdoor Biergarten reminiscent of a drinking garden one may have found in Mr. Bube's Bavarian homeland. In the middle of the Biergarten is the huge original boiler and smokestack used to create the steam power necessary to run the brewery. Relax and enjoy your meal outside under our shade trees away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world.
